This is the bike course out and back... before race day the timing mats aren't out yet, but you can see the blue marking for where the turnaround will be.

Here's the finish line where I will be 15 hours later. We ran around the olympic oval where a few world records were set in 1980!

And last... a Long Lake staple! Ice cream at Custard's Last Stand! Great recovery food the next day.
