Good week... topped off
It's been a good week, I was supposed to be in a recovery week, but I felt pretty good so I got some quality workouts in. A nice long swim for a change, 45 minutes worth, tough to do in the short pool, but I just blanked out and kept going. 2 hours plus on the trainer with Matt this morning was a bit tough as well, mostly mentally, it's hard to just keep pushing when you're staring at the wall. Wrapped it up with an hour of Yoga tonight to stretch out, and I feel good.
Looking forward to a nice mountain bike ride at Case tomorrow...
